I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of its modern design and excellent location. However, my experience was slightly marred by the fact that the heating system in my suite was quite difficult to regulate, leaving me feeling chilled to the bone. The hotel's stylish setup and prime location made up for this minor inconvenience, but I couldn't help but wish for a more comfortable temperature in my room.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, with a nice vibe and friendly staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt at ease during my entire stay. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch, making my experience even more enjoyable.

I was impressed by the staff's exceptional service and the convenient Marriott app, which made communication with the reception and housekeeping team a breeze. The hotel's bar, led by the talented Matteo, served delicious cocktails, and the Le Labo body lotion was a lovely touch. However, the food in the clock tower restaurant was just okay, and the chicken liver pate was a bit too acidic for my taste.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was one of the highlights, as it was perfectly situated in the heart of the city, allowing me to easily explore the local attractions and amenities. However, the overall quality of the hotel fell short of my expectations, with various aspects of my stay being somewhat disappointing. Despite this, the hotel's central location made up for some of the shortcomings.
