The location near Assen was great, and the owner also ran a pizza place in the building, so food was well taken care of. The room was directly under the roof and during the recent hot days it became almost unbearable because there was no air conditioning or even a fan.

We were upgraded to the biggest suite, which was beautiful, but it still felt unfinished: there was no air conditioning, lights were on the floor and didn’t work. The room had two large double beds that we didn’t need, and there were no bedside tables next to our bed. No additional information about the room was provided. Breakfast timing was poorly communicated, so we arrived late; the lady was not very friendly (she sighed), and the buffet at the restaurant across the street was almost empty—no fruit, no yogurt, only croissants and coffee.
