The staff were kind, cleanliness was exemplary, the bath was hot and the heating excellent, but the mattress was uncomfortable, the pillows were extremely small, soft and thin, which caused mild neck and shoulder pain; tolerable for 1‑2 nights, but not if you stay longer than 2‑3 nights.
