Roberto and his wife are two wonderful people, very kind, friendly, reserved and caring. They welcomed us warmly when we arrived. The room was very beautiful, spacious, carefully furnished and spotless, with everything needed for an optimal stay. Thanks, Roberto, for the care you put into your apartment! I highly recommend it!

The property is near Ghivizzano, a small and charming medieval village that I recommend visiting. Roberto’s management was truly welcoming: the room with a private bathroom was very spacious and clean, and he was always available for any need. There is also a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea, offered by Roberto. Keep in mind that restaurants are not very close to the property, and for us, riding a motorcycle, it was a bit less convenient to move around at night, but with a car the problem is definitely smaller. Another small note, just to inform anyone who comes: there is no television in the room. Honestly, it didn’t matter to us at all, because we don’t watch it, but it’s good to know. The location is great for visiting the beautiful Apuan Alps, Lucca and many wonderful medieval villages in the area. I strongly recommend this place. We will definitely return!

We stayed for 2 days, the cleaning was impeccable, the room was very spacious and thoughtfully furnished, with new, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens. Breakfast was not included, but we still had snacks, biscuits, tea, herbal teas, coffee and fresh water available, which were replenished promptly. The kettle and dishes were in the room. The mattress and pillows were new and comfortable. Cleaning 10+. The manager Roberto is a kind, friendly and helpful person for any information. I strongly recommend staying at this place. Nothing to complain about, I liked everything.

The room is definitely spacious, clean, welcoming and air‑conditioned. In the common area there is a corner with fresh water, packaged snacks, tea, herbal teas and instant coffee, which is very appreciated! The kettle and cups are in the room. The parking is private and the location is very quiet and silent. Roberto is very kind and helpful, he also introduced us to his beautiful dogs. The value for money is truly excellent.
