Lovely, helpful staff and very good breakfast. Rooms were spacious and very clean. It’s a 15‑minute walk to the town centre, but restaurants and bars are close and a Grab taxi to town costs just over £1. Great happy hour from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. Nothing to complain about.

Close to the centre but away from traffic, so it was very quiet. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The pool is huge and stays open almost all day. They also offer bikes for free to go to the centre, which we used several times. We’ll return!

Free transport to and from Da Nang, free bike with lock, great morning buffet, extremely friendly and helpful staff at all times. My room had a veranda, which was lovely, but there was a lot of street noise from 06:00 to 22/23:00, making it hard to enjoy the beautiful view over the city.

I stayed at a very pleasant hotel with a very friendly staff. However, there were almost no security guards in the lobby most of the day, which made it hard to survive. Why do they cut corners at the expense of guests? Even in the dining room, when 10 am arrives, right after breakfast, they turn off the air‑conditioning and within two minutes you can’t stay to finish your meal. That was a very disrespectful procedure in my opinion.
