Very close to the lagoon entrance. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner was very cheap. The lounge and room were a bit cold; you need to bundle up. They forgot to provide shampoo or gel, and we didn't get towels (probably an oversight).

The proximity to my trail activities was convenient. Showering was a nightmare: the water was either boiling or freezing, and I couldn't mix hot and cold. Breakfast was awful—stale bread and no coffee. The room was cold and there was no hair dryer.

The bed was huge and very comfortable, there was a heater to keep the cold out, and the breakfast was good.

The person who greets you is excellent and the room is very good, but the hotel is still under construction and not finished; you'll be in a nice room with good people in a building still being built, which didn't bother me but is worth knowing beforehand.

The staff is friendly; the breakfast is very good and plentiful, the beds are large with many blankets, but there's a strong mold smell in the room, the beds and mattress are moldy, you can't ventilate the room, the oven is an older model that feels unsafe, and the communal area is being renovated.
