I had requested a lower floor and received two rooms on the lower level as requested; the owner and staff explained everything clearly. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms wide, the beds large, and the linens clean. The location was convenient, not far from Wat Phumimint and Khao Din Road, and very close to the airport. Parking was easy and the Wi‑Fi worked well. The only issue was that on the night I stayed the air conditioner failed; turning it on produced no airflow, making it hard to breathe. I went to the lobby to report it, but no one was there and the phone number was missing because the sign had been taken down that night when the rooms were full. In the morning, the staff only acknowledged the problem and promised a technician would come, but that was useless since I was only staying one night and received no compensation beyond a meaningless apology. The AC was broken, I couldn’t sleep, yet I still paid the full price for that room and for the second room, whose AC was only slightly cool but still usable.
