Each room features soft lighting, vintage touches, and tranquil vibes. Everything was great: the room was comfortable and clean, hot water, air conditioning, and a fan all worked well, and the breakfast was excellent; most importantly, every staff member was absolutely amazing, super accommodating and kind, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They even upgraded our room for free and were very helpful with booking transportation. We highly recommend staying here! Nothing negative.

The staff Hanna, Richard and the other guys were extremely nice and professional, and they helped a lot. The position is also perfect for visiting the city.

The staff were very friendly and gave us information for visiting Hanoi (plan, tips for places and restaurants.). The hotel is well located for walking around. The family room was a bit small and not very bright.
