New and impeccably clean facility; the room was comfortable with enough space to store things, and the bed and pillows were very cozy. Fridge‑bar prices were more than affordable. The pool area with a beautiful view was well maintained and clean. Breakfast, both sweet and savory, was high quality. Convenient for visiting Spello and the surrounding area. No negatives.

Well‑maintained, welcoming, and quiet. Excellent breakfast, a very pleasant pool that added value to the stay. Tiziana was always available and attentive, making us feel at home. Nothing particular to report. The only small note is that the pool water was a bit cold, but overall it didn’t affect the enjoyable stay.

Nice and spacious room, very clean bathroom. The pool with a valley view is perfect for relaxing. Great breakfast with homemade products from the owner.

“Da scoprire!”

A charming spot on the side of Monte Subasio, surrounded by olive groves and well connected for exploring most of Umbria. The view of Spello and the surrounding landscape is stunning. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory options, with homemade bread, cakes, and yogurt. The atmosphere feels genuine, welcoming, and family‑like. Tiziana is a living encyclopedia on tourism, very kind, helpful, courteous, and makes you feel right at home; thanks for all the tips and hospitality! The only downside is that the pergola still doesn’t provide enough shade, and we were disappointed we couldn’t taste the homemade olive oil. A perfect place for those seeking relaxation in nature, excellent value for money, and highly recommended.
