The place was well organized and easy to navigate, and I liked the Victorian style building; however, I didn’t get to meet Andrew and Wendy, which would have been nice, and someone else was there helping instead.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, the facilities were fine and the bed was comfortable, but our private room was very small and located outside the main building, so every time we needed to use the toilet or shower we had to go inside, which was annoying, and it was quite expensive for what we received.
