The place was well‑situated, well‑equipped, and impeccably clean. However, room 1 had a slight dampness that showed through the humidity‑absorbing material—nothing too bothersome, but noticeable.

Everything was spotless, brand new, and the location was fantastic, with a host eager to help you make the most of your Split adventure. The room felt a bit cramped, especially for two people, but it was fine for a solo traveler.

The location was under ten minutes from the Palace, ferry port, and bus terminal, and the beach was within walking distance; the apartments were very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the steep stairs leading to the bedroom, which could be a problem for someone elderly.

The hosts were extremely kind and available, the accommodation had everything needed and was very clean, and the spot was great—close to the bus station and the old town; we highly recommend it.

Berti's place sits just a stone's throw from the main bus terminal, the city beach, and the downtown area. The courtyard setting keeps the noise away, making it a quiet retreat. The hosts stay in touch constantly and are incredibly friendly, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The room is spotless, cozy, and stocked with every necessary amenity. I’d recommend it without hesitation!
