I must say Yildiz was excellent . She welcomed us with a big smile . Any questions we has she always helped us. Showed us were to go to see some off the sites . We were only there 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. All the staff at the hotel were lovely. Nothing everything was fine
The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the location is very close to the clock tower and the Mediterranean Sea.

Clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Parking is horrible, but that’s Izmir, not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was underwhelming; the cold soggy chips and borek should have been hot and crispy. No juice. Eggs were good, as were the bread and cheese.
The staff were very friendly, the location great, and the rooms nice overall. The bed faced the heat pump, which blasted cold air on us at night, but we had to keep it on because of the heat wave and the room felt stuffy; the fan seemed stuck on high speed. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
