Everything was perfect: the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the staff.

The rooms were spacious and modern, and we stayed on the ground floor for three nights on a very busy street, but it wasn’t a problem, maybe because of the lack of light; there was a very efficient double glazing. The hotel is very well situated, everything was within a 30‑minute walk. Note that there is no parking nearby; paid parking is 5 minutes on foot or the hotel has spaces in the same parking lot. The Santa Cruz neighbourhood is very pleasant and the nearby restaurants are great. The breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. The dining room is underground, windowless and cramped.

The location, facilities, staff and services were all outstanding, and I want to highlight Maya at reception, Isabel in the breakfast room, and Nohemy from housekeeping for their excellent service.
