The property is absolutely beautiful, from the entrance to the bedrooms to the dining areas. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety of foods, and the bed was extremely comfortable. If you find yourself in Ascoli, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel’s central location and excellent breakfast options made our stay in the terrace suite with two floors a great experience. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and robes, slippers, and nice toiletries were provided. The terrace view isn’t spectacular, so that shouldn’t influence your choice of room. Parking is tricky on the narrow streets; the covered lot is hard to find and tight, so if you plan to drive or explore, you might want to reconsider. The front desk isn’t open 24 hours, and the staff did little more than hand us keys and explain the after‑hours door system; we didn’t interact much with them, even at breakfast. Improving the welcome and sharing travel or dining tips would make a big difference.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the building was very nice, the central spot was super convenient, right in the historic center.

Location in the historic quarter, breakfast very good. No reception at all, yet it claims 4 stars. There was a basket to drop the key when leaving, but nobody was at the front desk.
