A huge cockroach was in one of our rooms on the lower floor. The staff didn’t care much when we complained. We could have been given better rooms (or a full room). We refused to stay a second night after this bad experience. 100 meters from there, on the other side of the boat pier, there is a much bigger hotel with a much bigger pool and cheaper.

The location is close to the mall, a few walking steps and quiet. Dirty, old towels, torn, sheets with stains, very hard mattress, really not comfortable to sleep, cannot access the beach, small balcony, seems to cost money.

The spot is great, close to everything, and the room is nice. The pool is pretty with a nice view, but the beach is almost non‑existent and not cleaned.

The location is near the Haad Rin beach. There was no room cleaning during a two‑night stay.

The hotel was very clean and well‑located, the food was great with dishes from their country, and I definitely recommend it; the quiet atmosphere and the evening outings were also very enjoyable.
