Our first night was very unsettling; we heard loud screaming and crying from a neighboring room, along with heavy knocking and banging on the walls for an extended period. We called the police because we were deeply concerned, and even after their arrival we still felt uneasy and unsafe since the man remained in the hotel. This made it hard to settle in and we felt insecure. We expected better handling of the situation and more safety for other guests.

The location and surrounding area were great, with restaurants nearby and plenty of space. A booking error gave us one basic room instead of two comfort rooms; it was so small I felt cramped—no minibar, no fridge, no coffee maker, no tea facilities. The comfort room for our daughter was fine, though.
