Situated 24 km from Palais Beaumont and 35 km from Pau Pyrénées Airport, it provides easy access to cycling routes and nearby golf courses.

The welcome was very pleasant and the vibe was family‑friendly—you could have breakfast whenever you wanted, and butter and jam were in the fridge, even letting you drop your own food the night before. The room was large, and I had a private bathroom that was excellent. Parking was right next door.

The reception was warm, the location was good, and the common areas were nice. However, the bedding and bath towels were subpar, and the outdoor seating was uncomfortable.

The staff were very helpful. The room was full of spiders and mosquitoes, with dust mites everywhere, dust and cobwebs, no pillows—only soft cushions used as pillows. It was cold and damp, and the doors didn’t close properly.

Susan was very welcoming and her place was comfortable and roomy, with heating in both the bedroom and bathroom. She generously offered free salad and lemon tarts because we didn’t have much food and hadn’t ordered dinner in advance. There was no restaurant or grocery store in town; the nearest butcher sold a few non‑meat items. We liked having a microwave. The only drawbacks were that the building is old and the bathroom is half a floor down, and flies were quite annoying. We appreciate Susan covering the water jar and suggest covering dishes and utensils better.
