The location and surroundings are good, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but their amenities don’t work properly, the flush and taps are broken, and they close early at 8 pm.

We showed up at the front desk at 11:30 pm and the receptionist told us that the room we had booked had already been given to someone else, so we had to scramble to another hotel. The place felt unsafe.
