The spot was convenient, close to family and near the Mall/BTS station. Unfortunately there was no hot water even after reporting it twice; the desk staff tried a fix that didn’t work, and when they offered another room it was the same story – only after leaving the tap running for a long time did warm water finally appear.

I thought it was fine for a brief visit, but the spot only works if you have activities nearby; the staff were neither bad nor friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short while and found it to be a great value for the price. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bangkapi. However, I did notice that the air conditioning wasn't very cold and made some noise, but considering the price, I thought it was acceptable. Additionally, there was some unfinished construction on the third floor, but overall, it was a good stay.

I was drawn to this hotel because of its affordable price, but unfortunately, the experience was somewhat marred by a persistent toilet smell that seemed to be a constant issue. Despite this, I thought the price was still reasonable.

I was a bit surprised that there was no breakfast offered, but that wasn't the only issue I had with my stay. The room had a sewage smell, the kettle wasn't working, and I was told the pool was being cleaned, so I couldn't swim.
