I drove a long way for this reservation only to find nobody answering the phone or at the front desk. We messaged them about our 9 pm arrival, but the first reply came after 11 pm saying there was no room for us, and we had to call support, get another hotel arranged and wait for a refund. The lack of any communication was really embarrassing.
