“Brilliant Staff, great location and Yummy breakfast”
The staff are wonderful, breakfast is excellent, and Andrew is very helpful. I had an unfortunate incident on arrival because I hadn’t received instructions on how to get into the building, but that got sorted out. I was also surprised that my private bathroom was across the hall. My room was massive and felt like two rooms; the only issue is that the windows from the lounge face the lovely outdoor patio that all guests can use, so others could look into that room if they wanted… no one was on the patio while I was there. If I were to return, I’d want a different room. I didn’t like the check‑in process and that my private bathroom was across the hall; I’m older and suspect this may not bother a younger person.

Very good location, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The room description says it has a patio, but it doesn’t; the window faces an interior patio. Overall, quite neglected. The ground floor is very dark, the terrace furniture is dirty, there are two sofas that are very dirty and unusable. Communication with staff is a bit strange. The manager offered to prepare a snack for our check‑out before 9 am, but when we asked upon leaving, nothing was offered.
The manager, Andrew, was incredibly kind, communicative, helpful, and accommodating. Because we had an event that day, we needed an early check‑in, and Andrew arranged it for us, greeted us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and assisted with our luggage. He also supplied breakfast meals to go since we were leaving before breakfast even started. The hotel was beautifully decorated, the terrace was amazing, and the room was spacious and comfortable; I hope to return to enjoy the facilities and tasty food again. The location is great too.

Exceptional service from Andrew and the kitchen team. The avocado toast was amazing. It’s my dream place to stay in CDMX, and I’d recommend it to anyone. The money and extra spend are totally worth it! The hospitality, comfy bed, hot shower, furnishings, quiet, incredible location, sunny terrace upstairs, and everything about this special place made me fall in love with it! It feels like living in a luxurious grandma’s house—haha. You won’t regret it!
