The staff offered good value for money, but the location and sanitation were lacking.
The staff were not helpful; my booking was confirmed, yet they told me they were not accepting bookings from the platform.
The AC worked well, but everything else—from the location to how helpful the staff were—was awful, so it’s definitely not a good choice for women.
“It was overall uncomfortable to stay in a dirty environment with smell in the pillows and quilt.”
The property is secure and we could easily order food from an outside restaurant, but the hygiene was poor: pillows, bed sheets and quilt sheet were very dirty, curtains were not clean, the bathroom tap was running and needed repair, the shower was not working, there was no stool for bathing, the door mat was dirty, the balcony was never cleaned, and the TV was not working.
“Seamless check in process”
The hotel was very good, with amazing services and polite staff, and everything was good.
