“立地以外はおすすめできない”

The location was good. I booked because of positive reviews, but when I called reception nobody answered, supplies weren’t restocked, the air conditioner leaked water, the desk lamp was broken, and the safety box didn’t work—service was the lowest. It felt like an unmanned hotel that wasn’t properly managed. As others have written, the linen had a strong odor.

“Had a great stay and would go back”

The location was great for walking around Chinatown at night, centrally and easily reachable, and they supplied umbrellas. On the downside, the coffee shop didn’t open until 9am, which was inconvenient for an early riser.

The hotel sits in the heart of Chinatown yet stays quiet and free from the usual noise. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the complimentary daily drink deserves a shout‑out. The rooms have everything you need, and the outside bathroom is a real plus—anyone who’s been to Southeast Asia knows how bad sewage smells can be. Highly recommended.

We received a free drink each day, even on check‑out day! The staff were lovely and the hotel has a lot of character and style. The location was wonderful. We didn’t realize the rooms were open‑plan, with no window or closed door to the bathroom; the sliding door lets mosquitoes in. The hotel provides a mosquito spiral, nets over the bed, and a night light to attract them, but we were still anxious about bites, which was stressful. The AC was okay but didn’t fully cool the room; we had to switch it to turbo mode to keep the second bed comfortable.

A lovely little hotel, very welcoming and pleasant, and in a great location: I'd recommend it without hesitation, and there was nothing negative.
