Every bit of our experience with this hotel was exceptional. The property itself is unique and stunning, the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, and the food was delicious. Whether we needed help with booking transfers or excursions, the staff had it handled as quickly as possible, and with such a friendly attitude. The location was tucked in a quiet part of town while also being steps away from the shops, restaurants, and hiking path. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and wish we could come back already!. There’s nothing about our stay that didn’t exceed my expectations

The cave pool was nice. We arrived too long to check in, taking more than half an hour, and only one staff member was available—this is not acceptable.

Every staff member at the hotel was outstanding—friendly, helpful, kind, and always eager to assist. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The location and services were brilliant. If you’re after a perfect spot and top service, Kivotos is the place to go. The property and its setting are beautiful, but it’s the people who truly make it shine. Thanks to everyone who made our stay flawless.
