The staff were incredibly helpful, and as my family and I were moving to Kelowna with a lot of luggage, they kept our bags safe until the next morning. No complaints.

I didn’t find breakfast available at that location, as far as I knew. No other issues.
Easy to get to. People living in ground level rooms loitering in parking lot. Fine, but disconcerting. Didn’t feel super comfortable parking my car there over night. It is a very run down property. I would never stay there again. The halls smelled like smoke. The walls seem grimy. The actual room was fine. The couch was covered with a sheet. Tile in the bathroom were broken

The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a bathtub where I could unwind after a tiring day at the hospital with my friend. The only downside was the stairs, but that wasn’t a big issue.

The hotel was surrounded by too many homeless people, and our truck was vandalized while we stayed. The room was dirty, the neighbors above us kept us up all night, and the overall experience was horrible. The shower ceiling was disgusting, the bathroom walls were awful, and the lighting was poor. When we returned during the day, it looked like there were hookers operating out of the rooms, making it an unsafe place to stay.
