The location is very good, close to the main Ginza shopping malls. The bathroom is excellent, especially the rain‑head shower, and the bed is firm but comfortable. The massage chair was hard to use as it seemed designed for a child, being so small. Also, one side of the bed power‑point did not work.

Great value for money and very convenient location, only 5 minutes from Yamanote and the main metro axis. The view is of another building, but we’re in Tokyo. There is no laundry service in the establishment.

I’ve booked this hotel several times; the rooms are always in good shape, spacious, and the massage chair is a pleasant bonus. The spot is perfect, just a short walk from Ginza Atreet and the nearest subway, 10 minutes away, and there’s a convenience store on the ground floor.
