The room was small, but clean, bright and cozy with air‑conditioning and soft mattresses; the whole property was quiet. The front desk lady was very friendly, kept us updated, and gladly answered all our travel questions, even about city transport—thanks a lot! Shops and bus stops are nearby. We were thoroughly impressed and highly recommend it.

The view from the window was lovely and the charging spot for electric cars was handy, but the mattress felt a bit firm.

We never checked in as booked; upon arrival we were told there were no rooms, no one had confirmed anything, and the manager spoke to us in a harsh tone, accusing us of fraud.

The location is fantastic, with shops, cafés and a city bus stop close by. The room was warm, quiet and had everything needed for a short stay. I arrived very late, but there were no issues. The hotel has a Nova Poshta post office on site.
