The hotel’s proximity to the airport, the free shuttle, and the low price were all positives, but the shuttle was delayed before finally arriving.

The price was good, but the accessories were very limited, the air conditioner was loud, and there were no phones to call the front desk—you had to text instead.

Being close to train and bus routes meant everything was handy and we didn’t need to travel far.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient; there were no negatives.

The hotel was very close to the airport, I liked the little store there, and the parking rate was great compared to Waikiki, but I was hoping for a ground‑level room and we were far from the elevator.
