The accommodation is located near the harbor, in a beautiful, quiet area, at the terminal of the airport bus stop, with many restaurants, shops, and bus stops nearby. The city center is a decent walk away, but you can also get there quickly by bus. It’s retro, but for a few nights it’s fine. Because it’s managed through an office, the lady on site doesn’t speak German or English. We booked with a child, and after a long trip we discovered she didn’t know about the child, so we had to phone back and forth. Even though I showed the booking in all languages that the child was in the reservation, it wasn’t enough. Since there was no common language, we didn’t understand whether it was because there was no bed ready for the child or because she was worried about causing damage. From her gestures we thought it was the latter. In the end we stayed with the child, but it wasn’t a good experience. I don’t recommend staying with a child.

The woman who manages the place was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is well located, close to public transport and sites to visit. The overall setting is very beautiful. The fridge is a bit small. The mattress might be a bit too soft.

Nice spot for reaching the old town by bus. It’s a trek if you walk, but the bus system is easy. The owner is absolutely wonderful, gave us wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. The terrace is nice for sitting outside with a view of the water! The shower didn’t drain quickly, so water filled up almost immediately. The owner let us know at check‑in that she was aware of this issue. The blanket on the bed had a lot of hair from other guests; it was fine if you just keep the sheet in between.
