The staff were super friendly, helping us with everything, and there was no lack of answers; I’m very satisfied and give a big thumbs up 👍

The reception staff were very friendly and I liked the restaurant’s a la carte food, but I would have preferred healthier breakfast options and more variety for dietary intolerances; the price I paid for a room for four people seemed inappropriate, the sofa‑bed leaves too little space when opened, the bathroom shower let water leak outside, and the hotel’s heavy marketing inflates the price without matching quality.

The view of the Sierra Estrela was great, but the bathroom in the pod we stayed in was open, not enclosed. We wanted a drink but could only sit outside and had to use plastic glasses, which was not good and not to our liking.
