The building was terrible; we paid from the 11th to the 16th and we didn’t stay even a day because it was truly awful. No one responded to any contact or refund request.

The location is close to the motorway, very convenient if you’re traveling from Milan toward Genoa. A large grocery store is just a few steps away. The hosts are friendly and pleasant. It can be a bit hard if you don’t speak Italian, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. The air‑conditioning should have been included in the room price from the start and not charged separately. In the extreme July heat in Italy, it’s almost impossible to stay in a room without AC. It’s not just about the extra 10 euros, but about how the hosts treat guests. Charging extra for AC under those conditions feels quite unreasonable and disrespectful.

The owner is ignorant and arrogant, the property is unacceptable and does not respect the offer. The access conditions are terrible and there is no way to discuss or request additional services; basic amenities are missing. Moreover, the owner entered the room while guests were absent!

The air‑conditioning description in the screenshot was not honored by the host. It was only available in August without an extra fee. The host referred to my early check‑in request with a catalogue of price increases that were not visible in the offer. On my punctual departure, the host was not present, so I had to climb over the garden gate. A late departure would have resulted in an additional 35.- according to the host. Nevertheless, he was unreachable.
