The location is excellent and basically near everything (metro, RER B, etc)
Front desk staff is outstanding and definitely their strong point
Bathroom was also dirty and sticky when we checked in
Room was fairly small but perfect for what we needed

I loved this hotel – the location was great, the room was very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast offered good value.
The location is great, just a few meters walk to the Raspail Metro station, and there are many restaurants nearby, one of which is right beside the hotel (Maison Edgar). The staff are very helpful and pleasant, always ready to help.
