I took a bus from Sofia to Belogradchik and stayed at this place. The bus stop is a 10‑minute walk, and the fortress is another 10 minutes away, making it a prime spot. Both the room and bathroom were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Late check‑in is possible, so if the bus is delayed you’re safe, and you can visit the fortress in the morning and still have plenty of time before check‑out. All necessary equipment is provided. The owner was also kind and arranged a taxi to Oreshets after check‑out, which was very helpful. No complaints.

I really liked the house; it was close to the cliffs, had convenient parking for guests, and was clean, pleasant, and convenient. Thank you. Everything was great.

“Economico ma...”

The mountain view was great, and the parking was close to the property. I watched a video that showed where to park and which door to use, and the kitchen was available for use. However, the towels were too worn out, didn’t dry properly, and had a bad smell. The bathroom tap looked nice but was impractical – it leaked a lot and flooded the room. Under the toilet was a chemical air freshener that was really nauseating and even drifted into the bedroom. The shower was basically a wall‑mounted spray that was too wide, making it impossible to shower two people back‑to‑back. The mattresses were low and the springs were all exposed, so they were really uncomfortable. The parking was nearby but not in front of the building; you had to walk down a completely dark street. Our room was next to the kitchen, so we could hear other guests coming and going. The front gate stayed open, which felt unsafe.

Everything was perfect; it’s a great spot for a visit to Belogradchik. You can walk to the fortress and there’s a supermarket close by. The host was responsive and everything was easy to locate. We were assigned a room with a stunning view that will be one of our favorites from the Bulgarian road trip.
