I liked the variety of food at the buffet and the sauna; it was excellent. The pool water was icy.

The team was very friendly, the location was great for beaches and the center, the sea view was fantastic, and the wellness area was superb. The dinner didn’t match the overall quality of the hotel and could use a lot of improvement. Breakfast was good; a slightly more Portuguese style would be nice.

The view from the room on the 9th floor was great. The room was a good size, had plenty of storage, was very stylish and clean, and I loved the espresso machine for coffee with sunrise; the balcony offered great privacy. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, and I especially liked the different types of omelettes. The reception area and outdoor grounds were beautiful.

Situation à 5 min à pieds de ponté da piedad et 5 min en voiture du centre de Lagos Décoré avec soin Très grande piscine ( non chauffée) Spa appréciable Bonne literie Personnel sympa qui nous a aidé à trouver des solutions pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Buffet riche au petit dej mais produits pas toujours de grande fraîcheur Les sofas dans les chambres pour 3 sont adaptés à de petits enfants et la circulation est restreinte dans la chambre
