Everything was wonderful. The location, the room, and the breakfast were fantastic. The hotel owners are courteous and responsive. We are satisfied.

The street was quiet, which was a relief, and the rooms were spotless with great beds and mattresses. We were close to the markets and some nice restaurants, but the beaches were a bit of a trek – at least 10-15 minutes' walk. The only downsides were some occasional noise from motorbikes at night and a pretty limited breakfast selection. And, annoyingly, there was no way to dry our clothes.

The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even letting us check out a bit later than usual when we were feeling the heat. That extra bit of time allowed us to rest and freshen up before heading out again. The location wasn't as straightforward as we'd hoped, with the hotel tucked away up a hill that wasn't marked on the map, and we were pretty exhausted after the ferry ride.

This place is a real gem, tucked away in the old town but still within easy walking distance of everything. The owners have done a fantastic job of creating a peaceful and beautifully decorated space that feels like a little oasis. We were a bit worried it might be noisy, but it was actually really quiet, which was a lovely surprise.
