Everything: room, location, staff. The only thing I’d say is that the food was mixed; dinner was delicious, but breakfast was disappointing. It’s easily fixable, though.

Your personal information was shared with every staff member on the property, some of whom stared at you in a way that felt inappropriate and then began following you on social media—quite frightening.

The setting is one of the most scenic spots in Kerala, the breakfast and dinner buffets were breathtaking, the staff were genuinely hospitable, and the highlight was meeting the cutest Newfoundland named Max; overall, it was one of our most unforgettable stays.
