Located a 5‑minute walk from Studebaker National Museum, near Morris Performing Arts Center and 6 km from Notre Dame Stadium.

A gorgeous classic home near downtown South Bend, set in a historic neighborhood. The property was updated, with the first floor fully utilized, a well‑equipped kitchen, and a sweet back‑deck sitting area perfect for morning coffee. The bedrooms were medium‑sized but comfortable and worked well. Each room had a private bathroom, and there was a shared shower off the hallway. The other guests were nice. Overall, excellent value; I’ll plan to stay here again when we return to SB. It would be great if the bedroom windows had screens to allow open windows for fresh air.

The location was convenient, close to the Studebaker Museum and a bus that goes to Notre Dame, and you can walk downtown from there. I loved the interior décor and the hosts were very accommodating. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

I appreciated the old‑world vibe and the well‑kept house with its stylish interior and clean, comfy rooms, but the single key on my room was a bit of a hassle, and sharing the bathroom was a drawback.
