“comfortable base to explore Amman and northern Jordan with amazing staff”
The downtown spot was fantastic—just a short walk to the Roman Theatre, Citadel, and many shops and restaurants. Amro, Malek, and Hesham were super friendly, spoke excellent English, and were very helpful. They took security seriously and greeted anyone who walked in that they didn't recognize as a guest. I got great local tips (I tried a few kebab places they mentioned!) and booked my JETT bus ticket to Petra. The rooms were comfy, had strong showers, and daily housekeeping was excellent with fresh towels and bottled water. I loved the rooftop hangout, strong Wi‑Fi, and the purified water dispenser in the lobby. It's a small hotel with about a dozen rooms, and I would definitely stay again. The only downside was some traffic noise, but keeping the windows shut helped. Heavy traffic right in front of the hotel made taxis or Ubers a bit slow in the afternoons and evenings. Also, the shower design didn’t let water drain quickly.
