The scenery was pretty, the jacuzzi was good and the breakfast was solid, but the sauna was missing compared to other decent hotels at this price. The bidet hose was dirty (I saw what looked like feces on it), the robes were wet when we arrived (they told us they hadn’t dried in the dryer), the bed was small and unsuitable for two big people. The sauna didn’t work and we weren’t warned beforehand, even though I really needed it because my back hurt and I’d come specifically for the sauna. The outdoor pools weren’t very clean.

The staff were spotless and helped us with everything we asked for.

The place was amazing and stunning. We booked two nights and usually the room gets cleaned on the second day, but they didn’t clean anything for us.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and located in an area with lots of things to do!
