La Vallée in Peyraud offers comfortable accommodations with air-conditioned family rooms, private bathrooms, and terraces or balconies. The traditional restaurant serves French cuisine for lunch and dinner. A garden, terrace, and free on-site parking are available. Located 50 km from Alpes–Isère Airport, the hotel is near Croix de Montvieux, Vienne Train Station, and Roman Theater.

The restaurant food alone makes you want to book a room at La Vallée. The chef is truly exceptional. The room is spacious with a good bed, shower, and a small terrace on the back. While cycling along the ViaRhôna, the hotel caters to cyclists with a bike shed, charging station, air pump, and tools. As other guests noted, the place is close to a busy railway, but the trains—quite a few actually—didn't disturb us, not even at night; you just notice a few of them and sleep a bit deeper. Breakfast was also good, with excellent local pain and viennoiseries, scrambled eggs, fruit juice, jams, and coffee.

The staff are great, the hotel is well‑located. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast excellent. The bedding is superb. The bathroom is large but not very practical; a shower curtain or a closed cabin would be wise.

The room was fine, but there was no toilet paper, the restaurant was closed, and because we arrived late due to a blocked highway (which we had mentioned), we could only find the dark, hard‑to‑spot entrance with help from neighbors; the hosts were completely absent.
