The room was stunningly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the staff were friendly!
“Great value for money”
A perfect spot for a two‑night stay, great value, clean, and almost brand new.
The bed was big, the TV was huge. The room supposedly had a strong musty smell (the ceiling seemed a bit moldy), so they sprayed a heavy fragrance that felt unpleasant; I’m not sure if Indonesian rooms usually act like that or if I’m just unaccustomed. The window was tiny and faced the next room’s window. The sink was small. There was no trash bin in the bathroom. The shower was slippery. The bathroom window (facing the corridor) had sheer curtains that were hard to close completely, so there was a risk of being peered at. I don’t understand why they designed that window with sheer curtains.
The room was tidy and had enough for a night’s stay, but the hot water lasted only about 2 minutes and there was no trash bin in the room or bathroom.
The spot is superb—strategically placed and close to everything. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, a great budget option in the city centre with facilities that match the low price, though my room door lock was broken, there was no hairdryer or kettle (though a dispenser exists in the communal kitchen), and no drinking glasses were provided.
