The rooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious, and everything is very clean. However, contrary to what the listing says, there is no parking; you have to park on a neighboring street. The kitchen is communal as advertised, but it is hardly accessible. We asked for a quick bite on the day we arrived, and the request was only moderately appreciated. Another drawback is the constantly barking dog—almost unbearable, and the owners have no control over it. You just have to endure it.
