Room‑service breakfast came with a cake for my granddaughter’s 16th birthday, which was a very special touch.

the room was amazing - we had great space and all what we needed and above. the location of the hotel is very central and have many food places and bars around. located in very safe area. we didn't had any thing we didn't like - everyone was very friendly and all the service was very high quality

Some staff have been there for 35 years! All the Pied Piper bar staff were pros, and Concierges Juan & Connie were the best. Great team, great hotel.
