The hotel sits on a corner with secure parking that’s pretty tidy, but a tree in the private‑room parking area ended up damaging my car.

It’s a gorgeous place to spend the night; the room was spotless and set up with everything you could possibly need.

It was close to town, but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was 2.5 hours after the scheduled check‑in time. We had to go out for dinner without a shower after a long day of activities, and although they said they would give an apology gift (which I didn’t need), they never delivered it or followed up.
The location is convenient, the staff were friendly, and booking on the same day was a breeze.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, check‑in and check‑out instructions were crystal clear, parking was secure, the bedding was excellent, and a small wooden bag was provided for the braai or stove. It was winter and we felt cold despite the hot water bottles that were offered.
