The view from the terrace is stunning, the place is clean, breakfasts are delicious, and the owners are very engaged. Everything else is fine.

The hotel doors are as open as the hearts of the family running it; Ivana skillfully blends business professionalism with empathy and plain humanity, and her mother’s femininity also cares deeply about guests’ wellbeing. We felt very cared for, literally at every turn, and pampered with little treats. The shower cabin in our room with a beautiful sea view definitely needs replacement, but otherwise our room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is quiet, far from the street noise, with a family‑friendly, welcoming atmosphere run by a family. The sea view is splendid, and there is nothing to complain about—all is excellent.

Our time at Hotel Velkom was completely pleasant and very nice; we were welcomed warmly and also seen off with great courtesy at checkout. The relaxed atmosphere and friendly service made the stay especially enjoyable, and the breakfast was tasty, giving a good start to the day.
