The hotel was a charming little spot in a lovely area, with friendly staff and breakfast served every morning. The room was compact but included a balcony and a private bathroom, enough for a short stay, though the bed was hard and uncomfortable, which might suit some but not me.

The location near the Lungomare and the beach was in a quiet zone, and breakfast was good. The room and bathroom felt a bit small and old, and the mini fridge was really tiny.

The room had a mini fridge and was just a 5‑minute walk to the free beach. The floor cleaning was very superficial, especially under the bed. The sliding shower door was broken, the light bulb above the bathroom mirror didn’t work, and the TV didn’t function.

The location was great, and the parking cost a reasonable 5€ per day at about 500 m from the hotel. The affiliated beach had no availability, so we had to use another paid venue. The breakfast was superb with homemade pastries, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants with spreads, and jams, and the savory options were satisfying. The rooms were independently air‑conditioned, had a balcony, and a small wall fridge that worked wonderfully. TV with Sky Hotel was available, and the bathroom had an essential courtesy line. We couldn’t dine at another hotel in the same chain because there were no seats, and the affiliated beach’s lack of spots forced us to use a different facility at full price; the agreement should guarantee a set number of spots for hotel guests, otherwise what’s the point?
