The only good thing was the location. We booked with breakfast but did not receive it. After a discussion we got a 10 % discount. Then the room was not cleaned, no fresh towels for 7 days, and we could not pay by card—cash only.

The location is good. Unfortunately the kindness of the hotel staff is matched only by their inefficiency. The room was dirty, cleaned only once in a 6‑night stay, the bathroom had mold, the shower temperature regulator was defective, causing either freezing or scalding water, and a sewage smell rose into the room on rainy days. The sheets were stained, there was no bedside lamp, and dust on the walls. Breakfast was bland in a cold room where you had to wear a coat, with condensation so heavy that water droplets fell from the canvas roof, all in a smoking area. Despite our complaints to the hotelier, nothing was done. Don’t trust the photos, which are not in line with the description, which is a shame because the neighborhood is lively and authentic.

“Добро място за краткотраен престой”

I liked the location near the university and the free street parking, plus the air‑conditioning, breakfast, and decent internet. The elevator was broken, the hot water was shut off (though the shower still had hot water), and on Saturday night there was a noisy gathering from the bar below and the bazaar, with musicians and a crowd that kept the street loud until 1 am.

“Ивелина”

Хареса ми локацията,отношението на персонала към гостите беше добро. Не ми хареса "паркинга "с пристигането спряхме колата на едно парко място на улицата,с уговорката от страна на хотела ,че ще я преместим по-късно другаде .В 22.00часа ни притесниха,с молбата да преместим колата ,Оказа се ,че новото място е по-зле от първото Трябваше да паркираме на едно кръстовище пред хотела на завой и съответно после колата ни имаше леки щети.Няма да говоря за шумоизолацията в хотела,стените сякаш бяха от картон.И в двете вечери на престоя ни в съседната стая около 23.00часа се прибираха наемателите с шумно отваряне и затваряне на вратите. След това се започваше едно викане,разправяне и прочие до към 01.00.ч Да не говорим за шумът,който идваше от заведението под хотела.Чуваше се стъргане на столове,до към късните часове на нощта
