I was impressed by how clean everything was, the location was spot on, and the staff treated me well. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable, seemed old, the springs were noticeable, some spots were softer than others, and the pillows had little filling and were flat.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The pillows could be better and the food variety is just average.

The room and the staff were the highlights. The room was spectacular—just a touch of light would have made the whirlpool tub even better, and everything else was super clean. We spent all our days at the spa, everything worked properly and the staff were excellent, but the only thing that was missing was clearer signage for the circuit order and which pool was which, so we could follow the sequence more easily.
