DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED! I booked this hotel months ahead, received a confirmation, and then 4 hours before check‑in the hotel told me they were overbooked and had canceled my reservation. They gave me a third‑party phone number to try to get rebooked, but the options were unacceptable and we couldn’t continue with our trip. I should have read the reviews, as this property seems to have done this to several customers in the past. I will never book here again and am seriously considering not using it again. The property could have honored our reservation.

You canceled on us so we never got to stay, and you didn’t help us secure a different place. It ruined our family trip. Stop sending us emails to rate our stay!
