I still haven’t received my deposit back even after a week and a half, which is something that never happens at any other hotel.

The room was comfortable and offered good value.

The toilet paper was good. The breakfast was cheap, offering only yogurt and a Sam’s Club granola bar, and there was no toaster. They also put a $75 hold on your credit card for incidentals without informing you. This isn’t the Kimpton Fitzroy in London. The staff were great, but the property’s policies leave a lot to be desired. Knowing this beforehand, I would have paid more for a better property elsewhere.

The location was close to where we wanted to be, and the staff were friendly. The place was clean but could use some updates. The coffee came from an instant machine.
